I feel it for the first time – I found a new place here, I’m coming down fast
Producer Afrojack has been on my radar since his 2010 smash single “Take Over Control” with Eva Simons and recently he’s gained a fair share of commercial success thanks to his production credit on the Pitbull smash “Give Me Everything”. What I want to introduce to you today is the latest single he has put out – a solid house/dance track called “No Beef”. Released officially back in August, this song is another one of his non-album singles and features Steve Aoki and Miss Palmer. I must admit that I wasn’t a fan of this club stomper the first time I heard it, but hearing it on the radio late yesterday gave me renewed hope for the song, hence the decision to share it with you today.
No word just yet as to whether Afrojack will be putting out an official album anytime soon but there’s no rush in my opinion, because I’d like him to first produce some more for a couple of the big artists around the world. It seems a little senseless to publish a collection of tracks at this time, when his focus should be on getting his name out there a bit more first through more established names in the industry. There is no doubt in my mind that he has the talent and potential to be one of the biggest and best producers in the business and I am excited to hear what he can bring to the table as we head into 2012.
What do you think of “No Beef”?
